Community leaders are the backbone and the driving force to meet our challenges in an increasingly complex society.  Leadership Monterey Peninsula participants emerge with both skills and information to enable them to make good and ethical decisions, use power wisely and ensure the ongoing vitality of the community. 

Although we don't provide direct services to the homeless, seniors, youth and other groups, LMP expands the number of qualified people who play active roles in volunteering and working in those business, civic, nonprofit, community and neighborhood groups that serve a wide variety of needs.
